Scar Revision (SR) is a skin restoration treatment that improves the appearance of surgical scars, injury scars, burn scars, acne scars, and other types of healed scars. While scars cannot be completely removed, they can often be significantly softened and blended with the surrounding skin.

Traditional microneedling improves overall skin texture. Our paramedical skin revision combines specialized tattoo techniques with advanced serums, allowing us to customize treatment specifically for stretch marks and scars while encouraging collagen production.

Most clients see noticeable improvement after two to four sessions. Most stretch mark clients will see anywhere from 35-90% improvement with a single session. Scar clients will see anywhere from 20-65% improvement with a single session.

Absolutely. Our Skin Revision Treatments are effective no matter the age of the stretch mark or scar.

Red or purple stretch marks may require a different treatment approach depending on their stage of healing. Typically stretch marks need to be at least 3 months old and scars a minimum of 1 year. A consultation helps determine the best timing.

The collagen your body produces is permanent. However, aging, significant weight changes, pregnancy, and new injuries may create additional skin changes over time.

Most clients describe the treatment as very tolerable (3 out of 10 on the pain scale), with discomfort similar to microneedling or light scratching.

Most redness subsides within 24–72 hours. Mild flaking may occur during the first week while collagen induction continues for several months.

Initial improvements may appear after your skin heals, with continued improvement over the next three to six months as collagen develops.

Wear loose-fitting clothing over the area to be treated.

Arrive with the treatment area clean and free of lotion, oils or body products.

Avoid Tylenol, aspirin, alcohol and caffeine before your appointment as these may increase sensitivity or bleeding.

Prices start at $250 per area. The following are considered one area each: Chest, Arms/Shoulders, Abdomen, Flanks/Sides, Outer/Inner Thighs. Discounts available for multiple areas done the same day.

Healing takes an average of 5-6 weeks but in rare cases can take upwards of 120 days. This is more in the case of clients that are very prone to hyperpigmentation, clients that are a Fitz Patrick 1, slower healing clients and clients over the age of 48. You will leave the appointment red and inflamed. This will last 24-48 hours and possibly up to 72 hours for slower healing clients. It will tend to be warm and sensitive to the touch. After the redness has subsided, the stretch mark/scar will be darker than your natural skin tone. This will subside throughout the 5-6 weeks healing period or in the rare occasion up to 16 weeks. You will go through a light flaky stage. This tends to happen the second week of healing. If you keep the area well moisturized you may not even realize it 

Apply oil care, Aquaphor or A&D Ointment on treated area 2-3 times per day for the full duration of the healing process. For first 3 days - No exercise / excessive sweating, no direct soap (use water to rinse), and no fragranced lotions. For 30 days - No direct sunlight, no soaking in water (baths, hot tubs, pools etc.), no exfoliation and no picking.

No, the needles used only penetrate the scalp to a depth of 0.25 mm - 0.5 mm, so there is no risk of damaging or clogging pores.

Yes. MoriTint stimulates the skin cells and create blood flow, which can sometimes lead to hair regrowth. However, not all individuals will experience this. Just as skin types vary from person to person, some may see hair regrowth while others may not.

Yes, you can shampoo as usual after 24 hours and use your regular hair loss products after a minimum of 1 week but preferably 3-4 weeks from your initial procedure day. MoriTint works with your hair growth routine, not against it.

Absolutely. It is safe to do so 8 - 12 months after the transplant. MoriTint complements your journey rather than disrupting it. Our Scar Revision is also a great solution for any remaining scars after your transplant.

MoriTint lasts anywhere between 8 - 12 months depending on lifestyle and scalp condition. MoriTint is deposited into the epidermis layer so it will naturally shed over time. Touch-ups are recommended annually.

MoriTint deposits ink on the epidermis layer (.25 mm). Because it sits at the surface level, it creates a much more natural look that blends with existing hair and naturally fades over time. 

SMP deposits ink much deeper into the dermis (1-2 mm) which creates a less natural appearance. It will not fade and may discolor over time. The procedure time is much longer than MoriTint and costs substantially more.

Wash your hair thoroughly before your appointment and ensure your hair is completely dry when you arrive.

For clients with oily/flaky scalps, exfoliate your scalp using a sugar scrub 1 day before your procedure. This helps ensure your scalp is clean and free of excess oils for better results.

If medically safe to do so, discontinue taking any blood-thinning medications or vitamins (eg aspirin, fish oil, Vitamin E) at least 24 hours before the procedure.

Discontinue any hair serums, hair growth medications or any similar products 1 weeks prior to the procedure.

No alcohol or caffeine on day of appointment.

Must be over the age of 18 years old.

Can not be pregnant or breastfeeding.

Must have a doctor's written consent if currently undergoing chemotherapy or suffering from an immune condition.

Must have some hair. Can not be completely bald.

1. Do not shampoo your hair for a minimum of 24 hours after the procedure. Rinsing with cold water is ok. 

2. No exercise, saunas or anything that can get sweat in the treated area for 7 days after the procedure. Excessive sweating can interfere with pigment retention.

3. For 1-3 days after procedure, there may be some pigment transfer onto your pillow. We recommend using a black or old towel over your pillow.

4. Do not use products containing AHAs on the treated area.

5. No alcohol or caffeine on the day of the appointment.

6. No perming or coloring your hair for 1 month.

7. You can not donate blood for a minimum of 6 months after the procedure.

8. Please notify physician/technician that you have permanent make up for an MRI
